The Skills4Future program is a three-year initiative supported by Shell India Markets Private Limited. It is designed to equip 125,795 underserved youth across Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) with essential green skills, modern technical knowledge, and robust employability training.
By adopting an institutional-based approach, the initiative enhances workforce readiness, enabling young individuals to secure sustainable livelihoods within the rapidly evolving digital and green economy.
